Return:

Please ensure the items are in their original condition and are in their packaging. Your return can be initiated for the following reasons:

• Delivery is later than the promised time.
• Items lost during delivery.

Refunds:

Once we receive your refund request, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 working days. Note that the refund will be issued using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Change of mind after order dispatch is also not eligible for return/refund.
