Choosing the right leather

Leather is the most sought-after material, and our artisans use different types of leather for manufacturing our products. We use the finest leather made from the skins of sheep, lambs, and cowhides. Only the best makes the cut, and there are no compromises when it comes to quality, as we make sure you get the best of the best. We maintain the high standard of our products because of the premium materials we use, including the best grades of leather, whether it is top-grain or full-grain leather. We look into all the main factors before choosing the grade of leather.

Checking the quality of Leather

We carefully check the quality of leather material before purchasing it so that our leather-made products are good in quality. Before using the leather grade, it goes through a series of checking processes to make sure there is no defect and that its quality meets the standard. We check different things like thickness, weight, use, cut, size, softness, flexibility, and anti-odor of the leather before purchasing them. With the supervision of our team and the minds of our skilled craftsmen, we are able to choose the right leather material to make our products.

Processing the Leather

Processing the Leather

In order to process the leather, the leather must be tanned first. Leather tanning is a phenomenon that has been done for ages. You can relate to tanning in a lot of ways. In order for the hide to go under a tanning procedure, it first gets cleaned off all the dirt, blood, and hair from the beam house. After that, the processing takes place, which must be done before it can be used for leather product manufacturing. We use the best tanning machinery, which changes the chemistry inside the fibers that not only prevents the bacteria and fungi from getting through but also makes it impossible for them. The leather material then gets graded to different types of tanning such as vegetable-tanning, chrome-tanning, sheepskin leather, premium leather, PU leather, and Faux/Synthetic leather. All these materials are then used by our craftsmen to make our product according to the customer’s request.

Cleaning the Leather

Leather is one of those premium materials that are hard to get, and to make sure we keep the longevity and the polish of our leather, we opt for a hand wash instead of a machine wash. We make sure that our team does their best to inspect every inch of the leather in detail before sending it out for cleaning and drying procedures. The material and the textile then get heavily washed in which the water is run through it during the production phase. We even dry clean some of our textiles to remove the natural oils from leather. After going through all the cleaning procedures, we polish the leather material at the end. After following each step carefully, we move on to the dry cleaning, which is just as important as the other steps because the dry cleaning adds the final finishing touch to the leather material. Our leather textile is dried through a drying process which makes tanning agents combine with collagen. Even more, water is evaporated to meet the needs of the final leather product. Because of these steps, the drying and washing procedure end up having a huge impact on the chemical and mechanical properties of the leather.

Designing and Cutting

In this step, our craftsmen use all their skills to create a pattern before cutting, stitching, adding a viscose line, and adding all the extravagant features that are part of the leather jacket’s design. We have some of the best artisans in our team who use the best tools as well as machinery to make and stitch the best jacket according to the customer’s desire. They use minimal, sleek, and refined stitching and design them accordingly. Every size that they make is inch perfect to the customer’s size, and they make sure that the variations and colors of the jacket remain fresh. Our team uses tools with skill and experience to make these jackets. Our team takes a careful approach when designing these jackets.

2) Design the Jacket

To make sure the design of the jacket is perfect, we put each piece of the leather through an auto sewing machine so that every corner gets stitched perfectly and can come out with great results.

3) Inner Lining

We fit the softest, smoothest and warmest viscose lining inside of our jackets to make sure the wearers stay cozy, warm, and comfortable at all times. We stitch the viscose lining to perfection so that it is more skin-friendly and has an odorless inner.

Quality Assurance

Even after making our leather material go through so many different procedures and inspections, we once again check the quality of our product after it is finished making. We make sure that our products meet our standard before it leaves the factory. We look for any flaws that we might have overlooked on the first inspection. If we find any flaw, we immediately fix it and if we do not, only then do we give it the green light for dispatching to our customer. We never compromise on quality and never settle for anything less than perfection. Our team checks the quality and makes sure that the design of the jacket resembles the one from the image given and that the jacket’s color, variation, and sizes match the demand of the customer. We look into all the tiny little details from top to bottom, such as the quality of the stitching as well as the features like collars, cuffs, buttons, and pockets. We then put everything together in nice and solid packaging that is hard to break otherwise. We do that, so all our efforts do not go to waste because of poor packaging and that the customer can receive the product in the best condition possible. We use the same standard for the packaging of our products as we do for manufacturing them.
