Return:

We want our customers to be satisfied with what they ordered. Still, if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return the items within a week of receiving your order. Please ensure the items are in their original condition and are in their packaging. Your return can be initiated for the following reasons:

• If you have received any defective or broken products, feel free to initiate a return.
• If any items are missing from your order, you can request a return/refund.
• Delivery is later than the promised time.
• Items lost during delivery.

Refunds:

Once we receive your refund request, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 working days. Note that the refund will be issued using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exclusions:

Please note that some items, such as customized products or sale items, may not be eligible for return/refund.

Change of mind after order dispatch is also not eligible for return/refund.
