Material Preparation

We begin by selecting materials such as genuine leather, faux leather, cotton fabric, wool blends, inner lining, and hardware components. Each material is inspected before use to ensure it meets our durability and finishing standards. Leather and fabrics are measured and prepared according to sizing patterns before moving to the cutting stage.

Pattern Cutting

After material preparation, panels are cut according to standardized size patterns. Accuracy at this stage is important because it determines the fit and structure of the jacket. Our team carefully marks and cuts each panel to maintain consistent sizing across different orders.

Stitching & Assembly

The cut panels are then moved to the stitching department. Skilled tailors assemble the jacket by joining panels, attaching sleeves, installing zippers, and adding lining. Each step is completed gradually to ensure structural strength and wearing comfort.

Detailing & Hardware Installation

Once the jacket structure is completed, we attach hardware components including buttons, snaps, and fasteners. Pockets, collars, cuffs, and inner lining are secured. At this stage we also check alignment and finishing of seams.

Quality Inspection

Before packaging, every item goes through a quality inspection process.We check:
• stitching strength
• zipper functionality
• button attachment
• lining placement
• overall finishing
If any issue is found, the product is corrected before shipping.

Packaging & Dispatch

After inspection, the jacket is carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. Orders are shipped through trackable courier services. Customers receive tracking details once the package is dispatched.
